For Heisler Hospitality's newest location, they focused on Latin American and Caribbean spirits, so we did the same for the all-vinyl music program: Pervuian chicha, boogaloo and rhumbas from the 50s and 60s, Afro-Cuban jazz, Haitian records and everything in between.

La Sirena Clandestina

Dove's Luncheonette

Dove's Luncheonette

The programming for Dove's was rooted 100% in Chicago's deep musical history. Early blues from Chess Records and harmonic sweet soul from Chicago's south side plays day and night in this all day diner. Their 45 jukebox contains a constant rotation of records from some of Chicago's most respected collectors.
